Ashley Gildersleeve grew up just 20 minutes outside of Charlotte, NC, in a small town where everyone knows your name—and your business. Eager to explore life beyond her hometown, she packed up her things (and her cat, of course) and headed for the coast in search of new adventures.
She graduated from UNC Charlotte in December 2022 with a degree in Organizational Communication and a minor in Sociology. With a background in the nonprofit sector, Ashley has spent the past three years in marketing and client-facing roles, where she discovered her passion for connecting with people and creating engaging content that helps brands grow their digital presence.
Outside of work, Ashley enjoys attending musicals and live shows, soaking up the sun by the pool or at the beach, exploring new spots around town, and playing extremely mediocre—but enthusiastic—rounds of golf.
